I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you're in the services (active duty, reserve, guard, auxiliary, civilian or contractor),
UCMJ Art 892 prohibits you from carrying out unlawful orders; you have a DUTY TO DISOBEY them even if they come from the POTUS.
And no, the POTUS can't rescind this!
