I don't think you understand what this fight is about. This is about a loophole in the 2018 farm bill which effectively federally legalized marijuana edibles as long as they are made from THC extracted from low THC hemp.

the enhanced unemployment benefits resulted in millions of workers getting paid more to not work than they had ever been paid in their lives + stimulus checks and then it ended in September 2021 and they had to go back to work.

a few months ago I explained to my 41 year old lib wife that some states had anti-sodomy laws on the books until Lawrence vs Texas. both anti-sodomy laws and Lawrence vs Texas were news to her.

my theory is that almost everyone in the administration assumes there's something damning to Trump in the unreleased Epstein files and is acting accordingly. like he's pardoning a bunch of indefensible randos and I doubt they're all paying him; Trump doesn't know he's being used as a sin eater.

vyvanse has an unusual "time release" mechanism. it's inactive until your red blood cells metabolize it into amphetamine and the amino acid lysine, so crushing, snorting, or shooting it is mostly pointless. so the problem was probably the physical pill capsule not dissolving correctly.

most likely patient complaints prompted an investigation. 99% of patient complaints about med potency are unfounded but every so often there is a real manufacturing issue. Off-hand, I remember there was once a significant problem with generic Buproprion.
