honestly, I don't think a day goes by where I don't catch myself saying this exact same thing to someone else too - I am now trying a "bottom up" rather than a "top down" approach, where I set a tiny goal, and I think I get more done that way. Certainly feel better. Tiny steps. You got this.

We carry with us the lessons from other platforms, and the desire to connect - and stay connected! We can do this! And like you, I’m surprised by how nice this feels.
