Btw I had to learn not to compare myself the hard way. When I was in my mid 20s I started working in the same art studio as Frank Quietly. Easily one of the best in the world. That's when I had to learn to move past jealousy and onto seeing it as inspiration.

Well I'm now following you hope that cheers you up. And comparing yourself to others is fine as long as you say "it's okay to not be there yet. But I'm going to try harder."

Be responsible for your own happiness and don't give that power to others if you can avoid it. I love my art but I take strength and happiness from my wife and children. (This works best when children are not screaming or waking you in the middle of the night)

We need all the nurses we can get. It's awful anyone would discourage that.

Yeah I blame NFTs for them thinking they can branch out. First time I ever had tech bros contacting me was asking if I wanted to "collaborative" (work for free) with them on NFTs and look how that turned out. No passion or soul means it won't last. Guys like that are as deep as a puddle of water
