Dan Walsh was a character, set off on a RTW trip that was serialised in BIKE but fizzled out probably because he was too pissed or high to continue 😂. I liked his gonzo style, hope he’s safe and happy out there somewhere.

I read somewhere that you have to pay for your star and it’s instillation which takes the shine off the whole thing for me. It’s just an ego trip rather than a recognition. Is this true?

Many landlords can afford to hold onto empty properties, no tennant’s reduces hassle and expense for maintenance. Energy Performance Certification can be expensive to achieve and the property can’t be leased without one. They’ll often think of the property as part of a retirement plan.

I started at 4, they didn’t make kids motorcycle helmets back then so I had a skateboard helmet 😂
