Should be fine, I like it. Started using bacon because it is always in my house, and now I look forward to the smoky aroma and flavor. I recommend avoiding the maple flavored bacon and sticking with hickory smoked.

Thank you! Such amazing research. The details and supporting evidence boggles my mind. For my 10th grade Biology class, giving each kid a selected paragraph to interpret would show the class that supporting evidence comes from many different angles.

Alala have been introduced to Maui and they are building nests! Maui was chosen because the alala’s natural predator, I’o, the Hawaiian Hawk, is not on Maui. Here’s some video and pics. www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/ivca4...
