team hyphen or team underscore?

For the brave - the answer is no
For the kind - you make a reading version of the deck

Being quite militant about it has been actually helpful. Sometimes a transcript of what was said is fine. Or a recording. But not the deck solo (and speaker notes don't count).

Completely agree. I say this when putting slides together. "Are they for speaking or reading, they can't be both"

Hi Ed. Just to say this in your latest newsletter is literature of the highest order:

Just bravo.

And super confirm this. I've gone from my locked down but fragile pyenv/virtualenv setup to just use uv. No messing.

Why should you try it?
- Visualise your data and code with Etiq's Lineage, and never get lost again
- Testing made easy, the right test in the right place
- Can we fix it? Yes we can! Where things go wrong our RCA agents will analyse, identify the root of the issue and highlight where to fix

I’ve always been of the opinion that to be able manage the work and team you need to have, to some level, done the work. I think it really allows you to empathise, support and criticise in a way that comes from a position of “I get it” as you said. Like “yeah I know the data quality is rubbish…”

Wait until they get into school. There must be swarms of teachers organising charity drives, away days, and asking for parental volunteers for outings. I’m sure we get a couple a week

I think you’re either all in or all out when it comes to meetings. It’s the only way to be equitable
