Who's building / interested in a topic layer for ATP?
- Infer topics from the post corpus dynamically
- Use topics + collaborative filtering to offer better default feed
- Let user tune their topics
- Weight reach by user's influence in a topic, calculated PageRank-style

yeah i think bluesky is currently in the worst of both worlds. the algorithm isn't good enough to infer stuff, and there isn't a structured way to make interests legible to it. luckily both theoretically fixable... with work
