My visualiser is vital in this process. All our kids have their own mini whiteboards with them as well which allows them to have prompts and sentence starters written next to them.
I need to get better and balancing the ratio of time between the three elements.

1: There is a real need to define the role & purpose of education & schools. Once defined, fund it accordingly. At present the volume of things schools should do is ever growing & the narrative around the purpose of education ever increasingly grey

My SLT constantly put pressure on staff to close the DA gap without any actual strategy to do so (although we were told this week to mark the books of DA kids first - that’ll defo help….).
