One told the other what to say to claim it. How is that not working a system? The first was told off his family. These things need to be accessed and changed on a regular basis to stop people doing that it’s that simple

Pip 100% need accessing I no of 2 people claiming it and do NOT need it they are just work shy. These things after a time always get taken advantage of.

As a small business owner of course I want to employ people as it means the business is growing and I’ll look after the right members of staff. BUT if you remove the ability to remove the wrong employees it makes growth much harder and could also result in the closing of the business, loss of jobs
