Is it comparing to NEDC or WLTP? My atto 3 has 420km WLTP, and I'm achieving 147wh/km over 2.5 year period, so not as far off as this suggests. It does state the 480km (NEDC) on the display though, which is stupid.

I'd say 80% of the time at public chargers I'm not waiting at all. Because I've stopped for lunch, a rest stop, shopping, or anything else. And the remaining times it's only about 5 minutes if I can afford to wait for the extra top up.
Beats standing in a smelly gas station holding a fuel hose.

Stay safe. Strong winds and stressed trees from the drought likely mean trees will come down on power lines. So I'm doing the same and topping up batteries.

Still assesing if it suits me. But I wish I could set some parameters in the Smartshift settings. Like prevent battery from charging from the grid above a certainly price, and preserve energy for own use.

And yet they failed to identify a single EV model that used nickel from these mines. Failed to mention LFP batteries don't use nickel. And failed to mention all the other industries that do use nickel.

Definitely jumping on board with this or V2G. Or both.

Pretty sad state of affairs. Each tesla could have prevented 50 metric tons of co2 going into the atmosphere.

Weather is local, it doesn't effect an entire grid.

Hopefully fusion reactors by then 🤞. But will be very expensive electricity compared to storage and inexpensive fusion energy from the sun.

Can you imagine energy storage tech in 20 years. Will surely make nuclear fission reactors obsolete.

The last portaloo I visited, at an event, left me with PTSD. Was a complete mess. Still recovering 🤢
