Here's an odd one. Customer Support at Change.org got back to me on why my email is not considered valid. They do not allow emails that "start with a few words" for spam reasons, like "chris@".

I was like, okay... what if I just try a subaddress, like […]

2 cool web projects:

🛣️ https://streetmix.net - Design your own street in 2D.
📦 https://3dstreet.app - Bring your StreetMix into 3D.

2 #webdev APIs I need to use more often:

🍃 Animation API - The logic is much cleaner without jankiness of adding/removing CSS classes/styles.
📦 Web Components - There are many reasons, but one nice thing is `this.animate()` or `this.remove()` is so concise and intuitive.

Me, a #webdev, "Yeah don't worry about file compression, just send me the biggest images you got"

I was struggling to get matching tag highlighting working with Lit in VS Code, and I installed a plugin to add indent rainbows instead.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised out tasteful the colors are out-of-the-box. I guess this mean I support the gay agenda! 💪🌈

I had another situation where I couldn't use my email address because the website did not support email addresses on custom domains.

But to Frontier's full credit, customer support added my email from their end, and then ended the conversation with "May God bless you the most." 😁

Huh? So, the error successfully failed (OK)?

#wip 3D exhibit.

One of my dev jobs is to project videos on the virtual TV screens in this exhibit. Our 3D modeller just finished building this 3D model, and it looks like he has a sense of humor. :blobcatgiggle:

Finally decided to watch Flow. It's really something special.

If you're planning to watch it—I'd say don't go into expecting your average film and just because there's no dialogue doesn't mean the story won't make you cry :blobcatwink:.

Also, I could totally […]

The artwork I bought from @lindenshieldarts arrived! I'm so so happy to have the privilege of hanging it up on my wall. It even came with a wax seal and a nice note! :blobcatheart:

Shout-out to the brand new update to #f1 TV where they disable the entire website if you're not on Chrome/Edge/Safari.

My @helveticablanc oracle cards came!

I mainly just got them because I love the art. But, maybe I'll use these for improv while playing DnD.

Can we talk about how #firefox started work on in-brower "speech-to-text" 14 years ago and then never shipped the feature?

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=650295

Every other browser supports this API.

So, this ant was crawling around my desk and was looking thirsty, so I gave her some sugar water. She seemed to enjoy it and went on her way.

Now there are half a dozen ants crawling around my desk.

This is somehow the fault of @futurebird

Just noticed #surf social's website was updated from the last time I saw it. Last time it had a scroll-jacking experience that felt didn't feel the best (despite looking great).

Now it both looks great AND feels great. It has a fun scrolling animation that […]

Testing out #jellyfin on my desktop and I'm quite happy with how easy it was to install the flatpak and get the app off #fdroid.

I love that already having #tailscale running on all my devices means there's nothing I need to do domain-wise. I just enter my […]

Tim Dodd did a supercut of the shots they got for the recent Starship launch. The footage is eye candy. #spacex #starship

@Screwtapello How cool! This inspired me to go back and update my old Portal 2 Credits project. Previously, it just had a generic monospace font, but this looks much more in theme.
