Your vehicles camo is quite similar to mine, at least color wise.

I get decent results with the army painter "Warrior Skin" speed paint, used it to make my Imperial Guard troopers a nearly even 50/50 split between skin colors

While i admit magnetizing offer versatility and some protection from GW datasheet change shenanigans, i still hate doing it every time i assemble a guard vehicle.

Kitbashed myself a Commissar using spares form the Leman Russ, Cadian Command Squad and Castellan boxes.
A little short compared to the rest of my models (The russ Tank Commander is kinda squat compares to newer models) but the result is convincing enough after painting and basing.

One year of these two furry beasts. As a long time dog owner i find the greatest challenge with cats to be how they will not accept boundaries, many a boardgaming sessions had to be restarted or aborted because one of the cats decided to leap on the board.
