Perhaps they will rename themselves to "ClosedAI" after the state their front office doors will be in when the bubble they helped build explodes and causes the second great depression

this post made me listen to "Walk on the Wild Side" for the first time and it got me all teary-eyed. dude was a real one for putting out a song like that in 1972

It feels somewhat emblematic of the hellaverse's reliance on outside sources for often very important pieces of worldbuilding central to the story. Though things like Helluva Boss's Mission Zero has done much better explaining how the setting works for first time viewers compared to the pilot

It's a minor piece of lore that a huge amount of S2's story depends on, between Pentious's absence at the rally, the plan to broadcast him from heaven, and why he and Cherri Bomb couldn't see each other again. All it would have taken is one line from the Angels like "right, winners can't go to hell"

Lute will probably become an important villain in Season 3, considering her whole arc remains incomplete so far, and she was just kinda shoved off to the side at the end. Methinks she's going to take the newfound success of the Hazbin Hotel very poorly and interfere via her deal with Lilith

I see in the early reactions debates about the whole "power of friendship" thing at the end to destroy the cannon. I didn't take much issue with it considering it really lines up with the themes of the show and Vox did end up establishing himself as a common enemy for the sinners and angels

I especially loved the immensely satisfying payoff of Alastor's deals with 3 different characters all coming to a head here, with an ingenious exit strategy based on minor technicalities that had me yelling and cackling, feeling so rewarded for paying attention and analyzing.

Also, just saying, Elphaba and Glinda should've been together. They've always had way more chemistry together than with any of their male love interests, to the point where the dudes feel practically tacked on by comparison

I guess it makes sense, in a way. Uninformed, impulsive takes without much critical thinking or greater analysis of the work are rewarded by algorithms seeking extreme takes for engagement
