It's very light, which is very unfortunate for commander players since the set is so fucking cool. It's the last set I really care about for a while so I was hoping for a handful of sweet commander options to hold me over, but between few legends and only two commander decks it's rough

As someone who only really plays prereleases and casual commander, nothing makes me go "oh shit this guy is legit" more than when someone tracks life on paper (no sarcasm)

I've been in a similar boat with the hopelessness. I sometimes try to not pay too much attention to things but it's hard to look away sometimes, and it's weird how the stress from it bleeds into other things. Like I've been verrrrry bad at planning things lately, even things like fun weekends away

These two prototype cards fit the bill really well. Their prototype versions curve into Siegebreaker, one gets you card draw and the other life, and if the Siegebreaker gets removed, you now have the full creature back (and an extra card with Combat Thresher)

Totally. As much as I would like a full book, I have to admit that this format of free, online, and only a couple of chapters is definitely easier to get people to read (especially when so many people don't read books these days). I just love the story and worlds and want more, my selfish complaint

My only real complaint right now is that it's just in these web-chapters and not a full book. Like I would have gone nuts for a whole book for this story, fully integrating the new Tarkir into Narset and Elsepth's quest to quell the dragonstorms
