In an attempt to remain sane by avoiding the news for a while, I'm posting this pic of my breakfast today. Our D&D group played for a few hours this am, and I enjoyed a chocolate covered strawberry waffles and a strawberry mocha.

Yesterday, my spouse and I celebrated 27 years of wedded bliss. We played board games and ate waffles. It was glorious!!

The Fjällsraven store in Seattle, be still my beating heart.
One of these lovelies did manage to come home with me. However, because I live in the Midwest I chose a black version because they are more water resistant than their colorful counterparts.
