Also yes, I altered the specifics of the details because I am just that paranoid.
Image includes a lot of numbers and a lot of things that are very frustrating to fully grasp, even with full understanding of the context. Several things like "adult dental care" and "child dental care" are not covered under the plan, whereas specific drugs are. Also included are out-of-pocket costs for things like primary care visits, specialists visits, emergency room visits, etcetera. The overall point being made is that the US healthcare industry is a complete nightmarish disaster, and if you're having this read to you (for any reason whatsoever) and you live in the United States, you likely know this moreso than the person complaining about it.

Another slight edit.
