A quick toddle round the Internet reveals that Mark Wogan and his brother own and run a small chain of pizza parlours called "Homeslice" in London which appears to be in financial trouble ( if it still exists)... I wonder..

It would be interesting to see what would happen if, say a large bunch of South Asian lads from Bradford, were to waltz up with a bloody great union flag. British citizens to a man and fully entitled to walk behind it. What would these rw "flag shaggers" do next I wonder?

Fair point. But I feel in this case the issue seems to be around consent given rather than the harm done. Lack of informed consent and a "thoughtless "sexual encounter could both lead to an STI or this guy's humiliation so why is this trans person before the courts? Weird....

What I don't understand is why 2 in some ways similar situations, as I outlined, should be treated differently....The whole trans debate leaves me cold but I don't understand the legal logic here
