Busy day, picked motorhome up from leak fixers then took to cleaning it. Even managed to get MrsTheWife up a ladder to scrub the roof! It was minging. Picked GR wheels up from powder coaters and I'm really happy with them. Will look even better with new tyres on, but that can wait until next week

Should get my wheels back tomorrow after painting. I've put up with the black alloys for two years and I've never liked them. This is 'Imola Bronze' apparently #gr86 #thewheelspecialist

My first visit to a physio this afternoon. It'll either be really really good or really really bad, I doubt there will be a middle ground.

<Hint> If ever you're looking for a bone or set of bones to break, avoid those at the ankle. It's a bitch.
