I've updated ExplodExpansion to v2.20! This version adds support for ownpal values above 1 in addition to arbitrary palette source specification and PalFX.

explod remappal test
works like a dream and could probably just update here (i've tested with modifyexplod/etc. as well) but there's still one more thing i wanna do so
2 kfms kicking different colored planks of wood. this serves as a test of a new remappal functionality in ExplodExpansion that shows that even with the same character, different instances of remappal are present.

The facing thing, however, is INTERESTING. Apparently, ModifyExplod does not reset the flip flags like I thought, so if an Explod is flipped, it will never allow you to unflip it, even if you specify it and postype.
This means facing=-1 ^^ explod.facing=-1 is normally irreversible, as shown below.
Demonstration of the bug described in the reply. The right-facing kfm on the left spawns an Explod that faces left due to facing=-1, which means the ModifyExplod that happens after has no effect. The left-facing kfm on the right spawns an Explod that faces right due to facing=-1, which is flipped by the ModifyExplod that happens after.

Defeat confirmation of H-Reimu's 12th palette. While the condition itself is a simple matter of hitting her repeatedly in combination with various forms of interference, the real nasty part is what she does with Parent Forgery as you try to beat her.

Kill confirm for ice-oro-Mizuchi's 12th palette, widely regarded as one of the strongest nulls of the era it came from. As he's not killable by conventional methods, this kill confirm required exploiting his own code alongside some other stability-oriented workarounds.
