I agree on all points, getting outdoors for exercise resonates with me more than a gym. And good prep for hikes is essential, this time last year I did 13 miles at the Delaware water gap, was hot and ran out of water with a mile to go. Took 40 min and 64oz of water before I could drive safely lol
