I use a Debit or Credit to buy retail, but still write checks to pay CC bill, plus my utilities. Mainly because I don't trust corporations to just give them unlimited access to my bank account. Only my mortgage is "auto-pay", because if that check gets lost/stolen, I can't cover it.

"James Bond" is a code name, just like the 007, M, & Q designations. There's nothing explain. We saw Daniel Craig's "final exam" at becoming the new Bond at the beginning of Casino Royale. James Bond/007 has been an active agent for 60+ years; no reason for it to be the same man all this time.

I've read that if you disable updates until launch, log off steam, then run the EXE, that will allow you to play without the update. At least on PC; no idea about consoles. (you *should* be able to disable patches completely, but of course Valve won't allow that. How dare *we* refuse updates)

I'm surprised Schumer isn't on this list. He's the most clueless & ineffective of them all. Thinks we're still living in the 1970s & that a Republican president can be shamed into doing the right thing.

Fetterman is no surprise. He's shown clearly that he's really a Republican at heart. Durbin's retiring, which really makes me say "Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, mate?" He's been out of touch for years. His vote to stop a shutdown earlier this year also made me mad.

I never understood the hate for that song, when the show aired. Sure, it wasn't a traditional Star Trek theme, with a big horn section, but it's a good song. Hell, the show didn't even have "Star Trek" in the name at first anyway!
