I thought the movie was incredible when I was 19...I haven't seen it in a while though, and I'm concerned it may not have aged well.

Are we ignoring the term "warfighting"? I don't mean to disparage all Marines, but their phraseology is pretty scary to me (a civilian nurse). I would prefer if Secretary of Defense wasn't gungho about war. In truth the Military Industrial Complex is real, and more powerful than I'd like.

My little brother pointed out that every time the GOP rails against pronouns, or LGBTQI+, or DEIA....it proves that the progressive language is actually winning and gaining a foothold!!! I'm not sure I agree, when they are in fact banning it, but at least they will understand the language!!
