I'm glad going to the gym paid off... it may not look like it physically but my cholesterol level is back to normal and my blood sugar is down to pre-diabetic level... that's a win for me 💪

My wish and prayer for 2025 is Happiness. Genuine Happiness, I'm tired saying I'm ok when I'm numb, faking a smile so the people around me won't ask me questions I don't know the answer to. I want to be happy, to smile til my eyes crinkle, to laugh without inhibitions. 🙏 2025
