Has anyone ever given you the support to propel you forwards? When Patrick Hawes was a teacher at Pangbourne College decades ago, a commission to write the Wedding at Cana changed his life. Patrick talks about it with us. Here’s a clip & the full conversation is here:

Hallelujah! It’s a privilege to be part of the Foundling Museum’s latest exhibition, A Grand Chorus: The Power of Music. It explores the life-affirming power of music through Handel’s ‘Hallelujah Chorus’. Ben headed there today & our voices can be heard throughout the museum. Very special indeed 🎶❤️

Q: What do a group of #ChoiroftheEarth choristers do whilst waiting for the bus in Vienna?

A: Have an impromptu sing of Mozart’s Ave verum corpus, of course! 😉

Starting the week with a little reminder that whatever the world brings our way, we sing! 🙂🎶 🚌✨

Have a good week.

How to perfect the Hallelujah Chorus? Take the most demanding part & “blossom & grow”, every time you sing it!

Ben’s teaching of Messiah in our current 14 week course examines Handel’s masterpiece in unprecedented detail, & our recording of it will certainly reflect that 🎶 #choralsky
