Zelensky has signed a decree enacting new sanctions aligned with the EU's 18th package. Targets include companies from Russia, China, UAE, Iran, and others linked to Russia’s shadow fleet, dual-use goods suppliers for its military industry, and firms dealing in rare earth metals used in drones.
