I've noticed the same as well. Mainly in the blowback unit parts. I went with the Poseidon Striker hop up chamber. After nearly flooding the components with silicone, i was able to get it to cycle nearly a full mag. I went with the Poseidon Striker hop up chamber and ditched the 2 piece "upgrade"

I really like my Ark-17 as well, i did the titanium slide though. I have noticed some issues after installing a 150% recoil spring. Tried stepping down to a 120-130% but noticed some minor binding when it tries to cycle
