new engine is running laps around my old one already

i have yet to add ramona's sprites + finish kitsuo's expressions but this is pretty good so far

my next step after all the bugs are worked out is to start writing the story, i dont think branching paths were even possible in the old engine

added ramona, found a tutorial for the blinking lights in the bottom right. dialogue system works perfectly so far. i just have to add smooth fade in/out to the sprites, that would make everything look cleaner. the background and text noises are placeholders.
