Hmm? Well granted I never played either game, but this wasn’t what I heard from arrGachaGaming, they said it tried to be what Genshin is and failed.
The gachas I play belong in the (comparably) niche category so despite being a fan I honestly don’t know much about the substance of the games.

Localization and VA isn’t what give Mihoyo games broad appeal, I’d say it’s mainly the brand recognition, PGR and WW tried that and it failed miserably.
Currently Mihoyo just has market capture, smaller gachas have to rely on their specific niche, which leads to less money for this kind of stuff.
