Stepped on the scales this morning and I’ve been the same weight for a few weeks now but noticing a difference in my clothes and how I feel. The more I build muscle, scales are irrelevant. I couldn’t fit into these trousers in JanFeb this year.
I hardly say or think this but I’m proud of myself.
