My main (current) hobby is to photograph Hot Wheels, but I'm open to whatever subjects, as long as it doesn't resolve into aggressive discussions.
The Koala sampler is truly a magnificent portable piece of software, amazing to capture or jam on the go!

I hate lawyers, especially when they send me letters. If I, for some weird reason, had become a lawyer in my youth, I’d have killed myself by now for sure.

“Pro” means professional, however it’s currently used to say it’s better than the average, for instance, an iPhone pro is better than the regular iPhone. But it’s not professional. I mean, I use a phone professionally and my company gave me an absolute crap of a phone.

I was about to post a photo from the past, you know, from back in the day. However I won’t. Nostalgia is one of the biggest poisons for my wellbeing.

The sky was pretty today, and I have a new phone so I took a picture to check if it’s ok. It seems quite ok.

I was now reading an essay by Jean-Paul Sartre on my iPad quite joyfully, and a popup came stating that my personal time had ended.
Immediately the joy was gone and I looked at the iPad as an anti-existentialist agent. Perhaps it's a Christian iPad, who knows.

I'd like to read something philosophical and spiritual, maybe theological, but nothing academic as it should be light enough for some bedtime reading, but also not as light as something you'd find in the supermarket.

Any suggestions?

Mazda 787b, the first Japanese Le Mans winner, here in Hot Wheels form!
I don't really like the rims (that you can't see in the photo), but otherwise I love it.

I checked which Fast and Furious movie was considered the best, and there seems to be a tie between 5 and 7, so I went and watched 7.
The actors are actually not bad, but the movie is terrible, a real piece of crap.

A Sweedish car with a Sweedish name I can't pronounce in my kitchen.
I mean, I can't pronounce it anywhere, it just happens to be in my kitchen. Well, I put it there for the photo, yes, it didn't "happen to be" there by chance. Jesus.

So, the AI helped me troubleshoot the installation of Grim Dawn on an old gaming laptop (with a dreaded Optimus system) with Linux.
I'd never, ever solve it on my own or googling it. I'd just give up. The AI chewed through a ton of error logs and provided a working solution. Amazing stuff, really.

I love this time of the year, the slight introspection that comes with the rain balances with the increasing proximity of the festivities. Yes, I know there's a lot of consuming and all, but I still love it.

I'll have to review the people I follow (all 10 of them!). There's way too much USA politics in my wall (is that what it's called?).
With all due respect to Americans, I'm just not interested in your politics. I mean, I do actually care a bit, but I'm in Bluesky for dog pictures and Hot Wheels.

A racing Ford HT with a bunch of other cars in the background.
I was just playing a bit with contrast on very low light. I think it came out quite fine.

This green Ford GT is probably my favorite car, so I'll likely feature it more in my photos.

There are strange and weird Hot Wheels. Then there's the Carbonator, a hybrid of a bottle and a bottle opener (and a car).
Carbonators have been around for a while. This is the 2026 version, as awesome as ever!

This is one of my favorite Franco Belgian bande desinée series. Yes, Léo did draw some awkward smiles and the (defunct) Humanoids version has quite the ridiculous censorship. But overall, the creatures are amazing and caught the imagination of young me quite profoundly!

I've always loved the old zoological illustrations. I remember going to an old aquarium (Aquário Vasco da Gama) and loving the part where the naturists did their art long before photography was possible (or at least practical in the field).
It always gives me a Jules Verne vibe.
