There was a place called Nick of Thyme in Brentwood TN that had THE BEST chicken salad and I still think about it 20 years later.

I do the same. The leaves don’t bother me and I prefer to provide insect habitat and have abundant fireflies come summer.

The Lawn is such a (silly) status symbol here - more so when I lived in a subdivision down south. Less so where I live in rural New England. I never saw a leaf blower around here while I was growing up though. This neighbor is very fastidious about his property. Leafs begone is his motto.

My (horrible) neighbor, yes in MA, does this about 3x a week for hours. Drives me bananas.
