It’s a mess. There shouldn’t be snap elections in winter period. Candidates weren’t properly vetted, it was thrown together with the PCs ahead from the get go. Plus the continuous polling coverage today when there should be media blackouts was unreal. I hate that trade unions endorsed this guy.

Yep, my riding ran a strong community-building candidate for reelection who was elected in 2018 and lost by 700 votes to Doug’s nephew in 2022. He came in third this time despite his name recognition. The whole election sucked. I was speaking about the specific broadcast, not the results.
