Okay so at one point I would say I wanted parenting tests, because I was abused. My parents should not have had me, I should not exist, I should have been taken away.

But the thing to check for was "do you think it's cool to kick a child down a staircase if you are sufficiently angry" not... This.
They include interviews with parents and children, a range of cognitive tasks, such as recalling a sequence of numbers backwards, general knowledge quizzes, and personality and emotional testing. Defenders of the tests say they offer a more objective method of assessment than the potentially anecdotal and subjective evidence of social workers and other experts. But critics say they cannot meaningfully predict whether someone will make a good parent. Opponents have also long argued that they are designed around Danish cultural norms and point out they are administered in Danish, rather than Kalaallisut, the mother tongue of most Greenlanders. This can lead to misunderstandings, they say. Keira says the questions she was asked included: "Who is Mother Teresa?" and "How long does it take for the sun's rays to reach the Earth?"

I LOVE writing asshole characters but i typically try to warn people before they engage with them, to set expectations.

I haven't been on Guild War in a minute but Xeikki was like one of my most popular characters despite (because of??) being truly horrible. But I have to be careful how she's used.
Asura with dark lipstick and a ridiculous Lady Gaga hair bow sips from a coffee mug labeled MON DAY while doing some kind of holoprojector stuff. She's wearing some nonsense peplum blazer with a miniskirt and heels i know this isn't asura fashion she's a modern woman ok Rough sketch of the same character in profile, wearing a similar outfit but with little crystals pointlessly hovering around decoratively at the shoulder and ankle. Asura lady with too much makeup and a ridiculous overstyled hairdo and piercings makes an unattractively sour face; this is my favorite ever drawing of her i think Xeikki sits in a weird little hovering corner armchair and toys with a shot glass on a little hovering table. I drew her legs too long because asura proportions are difficult. Ears are also too big, but don't tell her that. She speaks to an offscreen listener, maybe the viewer. "Don't you ever miss the Inquest? No, of course you wouldn't."

I didn't realize it was a popular name when I named this character. I hope all the various Mias like her.

"Therese Jones" says to message "me" but then "me" is now "Laura Dennis" who then says to message "me" on Signal, but then "me" is now "Dave Rons" 3. Immediate hire after only a text-only signal interview 4. Wanting to send me a check to buy equipment new rather than sending me equipment with company tags on it I've emailed HR and Sales at https://inseinc.com and will continue through them if this is legitimate, but right now this is looking like https://www.reddit.com/r/recruitinghell/comments/14duf34/i_think_ive_been_scammed_i_just_had_a_job/

Here's what the discord, and then Signal chat looked like. Skipping the interview section i went through to get to this pitch.
Discord screenshot. Scammer, now under name "Laura Dennis" with a generic white lady profile picture, says "Hello" and then "Good morning" with no punctuation, quite early in the morning considering I replied to their email at 2am. I reply giving my portfolio and resume as requested, and giving a heads up that I'm in west coast time zone, thinking she's three hours ahead based on the post. Scammer "Laura Dennis" responds with five posts. "Ok great I believe our team found your on Artstation or deviantart Also please down load and add us up on signal , we use it for team communications Our username there is (inspiredentertainment.25) We can get started with the job online interview by 8am PST via chatting here" Discord was weird but Signal is even weirder. At this point, I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Screenshot from Signal chat with scammer under name "Dave Robs" "The Company will pay you $58.50 per hour, Monday- Fridays, 30-38 hours a week, the pay will be coming every other Fridays and taxes will be deducted from it. You will report to the Team's Art Director and she will be assigning directions to you on a daily basis. The hours are very flexible between 8:30am -7:30pm and you can choose your hours, you can start working ASAP." Scammer under name "Dave Rons" says "And yes we offer some online orientation/training. And the paperwork’s will be mailed to you along with the equipments listed above to get you started" I asked about training and orientation because they seemed really weirdly in a huge rush to get through the hiring process obscenely fast Ave that was a red flag to me. I said "alright, sounds good" and scammer replies: "The Company requires you to have the computer and other tools because it has links to communications with client and colleagues during projects. We will just send a small startup check so you can cover it expenses and get to get your first item from the software vendor to begin working. This will enable you meet a representative from the company during the delivery of the items if desired." Then I reported spam and blocked him. 🤷
