In our retros, I frequently remind folks to celebrate our wins. So, bragging can be allowed if it's more team-focused.
The main thing we try to avoid is anything that causes team in-fighting, so "We delivered <feature>" is fine vs "I did <feature> while Billy sucked his thumb and shat himself".
