I am forever an @esmesymessmith.bsky.social fan! I’m not Trans myself but the way that identity and queerness in general is handled in these books is something that I would have loved as a kid. It helped me understand my trans friends a little better and it’s also just a fantastic Middle Grade book!

I applaud you, I don’t think I could ever do that😭 I’m trying to get to 25% nonfiction this year, which would be a lot better than previous years😅

Very much feeling the same. On January 1st I set my reading goal for 60 books thinking it’d be a stretch. I’ve already read 38 books…
