ChivaNet would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the NINA community for losing the social fabric that tied them together. Though our communities have had differences in philosophy and approach, to lose a space in which folks have so heavily invested is devastating.

Due to ongoing grave reliability problems with our T1 (as supplied by GTT and Lumen), ChivaNet is switching upstream providers.

Our new circuit will be 500Mbit/s symmetric with 4G LTE failover, from BigLeaf Networks and Comcast Business.

The process begins next week.

The ChivaNet Retro AIM Server now supports the TOC protocol on aim.chivanet.org port 9898!
