I thought the DOJ was not to have a partisan agenda? I know Trump views the DOJ as his private law firm but I find it odd that McHenry comes right out and says that the DOJ implements the President's agenda and not that of the Constitution or the people.

Biden is just showing that he is bigger than Trump. He can handle the transfer of power in a graceful way, as it should always be, without throwing a temper tantrum. But concur, behind the scenes I hope he takes steps to slow down Trumps coming "arson acts".
