And Windows 10 should be a rank higher because its actually very stable and usable now (I daily drive Windows 10 LTSC btw)

Honestly, I would go with 7 because personally I feel its the last version of windows where it felt like an actual desktop OS instead of trying to be 2 things at once.
Plus, it was very stable and reliable
And I have a huge amount of nostalgia for it.
