I think it’s a saddle from the side! They just made it heart-shaped, but the gray bit is the stirrups.

we had a one-shot session recently in which we revisited an old, very high-stakes fight— but our player characters were muppets. Was incredibly fun, would highly recommend lol. It did also end in drawings of all our characters as muppets, which was a fantastic bonus
