I was recently asked by a close friend why my Blood Sugars can spike or crash when his don't.

We both have Type 2 Diabetes.

I'm Insulin Dependent, my body does make Insulin but not a lot and it doesn't react fast. I take readings at least twice daily.

He takes Metaformin, he makes Insulin.
