Got to meet Andre Meadows, one of my favorite youtubers and Hyperforce Blue! He's the reason I got into ttrpg actual plays!
I'm so glad I came to London MCM!

The two books I co-wrote for Renegade Games have arrived! #Transformers Technorgsnic Secrets (yay Beast Wars) and #PowerRangers Through the Shattered Grid (so good I accidentally got it twice)!

I love Fillmore from the show of the same name. Hall monitors never looked so cool.

Check out the Shield of the Yanta, as one of the official teams in the game!

Personally I'm very excited for the solo and co-op mode variant, so you can use an oracle to run Sentai inspired adventures without a GM.

The boss quest has begun, my greatest challenge. The stormlight archives.

If reading this awakens anything in me, I blame @loregarden.bsky.social

Just got my copy of Urban Shadows by @magpiegames.bsky.social and I had no idea the book would be so big! I'm a pdf guy, so I lack sense of scale.

But this is a hefty baby! I'm excited to read it!

The #CosmereRPG is gonna make me do the most amount of homework in preparation. Not only will I need to reread Mistborn, I'm gonna have to dive into Stormlight Archives or @loregarden.bsky.social won't run it for me when it's out (meanie 😂)

As a fan of the first Mistborn RPG, I'm excited for this!

Dogs in the Vineyard is one of those foundation games of the Indie TTRPG scene and I really want to see how it plays. What can I learn as a TTRPG writer by going all the way back to the basics?

Even if it has those negative connotations associated with the Western.

I keep just missing my chance to play The Wicked Ones, a forged in the Dark game where you play the monsters in the dungeon, preparing the destroy the meddling adventurers.

Sometimes I don't want to be a misunderstood little green guy, sometimes I want to be a little green shit who will shiv you!

Similar boat, I have Emerald Templar by @thatdeangelo.bsky.social and I really want to play it. The character creation is really interesting and I want to take this bad boy for a spin.

It also seems to be a game that might break my heart, and I'm all for that, let's goooo!

I know it's a good TTRPG. My dear friend @loregarden.bsky.social worked on it, and the people from @confluencerpg.bsky.social I've met are wonderful.

I still know very little about #ConfluenceRPG and I desperately want to fix it. Please someone let me play this game! LET ME IN!

I've not played many Japanese TTRPGs, but Double Cross caught my attention because of the variety in superhuman abilities you can have, and the slightly edgy vibe that appealed to a younger me ;)

Still want to give it a go, and really lean into some Parasite/Jujitsu Kaisen style fight scenes.

Cryptomancer might be the smartest game I'm too dumb to play. It's designed as a fantasy hacking simulator, showing real tradecraft and social hacking skills to try and break into a fantasy version of the internet.

Might be too smart for me, but it sounds super interesting.

Oh oh, more likes, more games.

I got Wrath of the Autarch at #BigBadCon last year, and I love the idea of a kingdom builder powered by Fate, one of my favorite systems. Now to actually play this bad boy, and maybe get a fate deck for it.

Did you guys know I helped write a Power Rangers book? And co-wrote the adventure with the incredible @deathbymage.bsky.social ? Well now you do.

I really want to run that adventure from Through the Shattered Grid by Renegade Games, and see player reactions to what I cooked up with Mage.

Inspirisles is a lovely book about using real sign language to cast magic spells. Designed for young adults, it's an ideal book for me to maybe use as a future teacher.

Made by @hatchlingdm.bsky.social they're a good group, check em out!

Those beautiful bastards at @paizo.com had the audacity to produce the perfect AP, transforming mechs punching kaijus in the face, just as the cancel Starfinder 1e.

Now I either wait till SF 2 comes out with mech rules, or learn 1e again.

You WILL be played Mechageddon in this life or the next.

Arc might be the prettiest game I bought but it's designed by the incredible artist @momatoes.bsky.social so how could it not?
December 4, 2024 at 3:54 PM
In the words of El Dorado "it's tough to be a God" so I'm looking forward to trying Tales from the Gods by @jaimerm.bsky.social and @alastorgv.bsky.social, a solo ttrpg based on 1000 year old vampire.
December 4, 2024 at 3:46 PM
Zoetrope is definitely the weirder game I bought. It's an RPG but with cards and pieces like a board game? I've got to try this time travelling game somewhere.
December 4, 2024 at 3:33 PM
Got Night's black agents: Solo Ops from Big Bad Con for a steal. If I can't Gumshoe with friends, I'm gonna Gumshoe myself! Was that sounds wrong...
December 4, 2024 at 3:33 PM
City of Mist by Son of Oak is my favorite ttrpg, I love playing it whenever I get a chance. Mystery collides with so many different stories and legends trying to be told in a beautiful mishmash symphony.
December 4, 2024 at 3:18 PM
Secret fact about me, I love LITRPG. They're books where the character has stats like a video game or RPG.

I have high hopes that Infinity's Edge Isekai edition will finally be able to sell that fantasy of those books I love, in TTRPG form.

I like the Dungeon Coach's youtube videos and I hear nice things about DC20, I'd like to run that game, see if it's up to all the hype. I do like the bits of customization I've seen in videos though.

Imagine all the Disney movies took place in the same world. Now imagine all the villains won those movies. That's the setting of Villains Victorious, and I'll be running it at @rphaven.bsky.social Archway Branch from January 7th! Come join in!

Game has bonuses for singing Disney songs! It's great.
