Nice! I'm still waiting to get mine.

As an outsider to the Hatsune Miku phenomenon, I found the movie to be pretty dull. However, the concerts at the end are beautifully animated and entertaining to watch. Maybe skip this one if you are already not a Miku-fan.

How these worlds work and the terminology was not explained during the movie. I was thoroughly confused for the first half hour. lol

The movie has FIVE groups of FOUR real-world characters (20) that exist in parallel universes of Shibuya. Then there is a Miku and her Vocaloid friends that each reside in their unique SEKAI. So that's five different Mikus, plus her Vocaloid friends, not including the main Miku of the movie.

I decided to see the movie because the trailer showcased the great animation. What I wasn't prepared for was the movie expecting me to know all of Miku's friends.
