Illegal mining isn't just illegal, it's criminality against the environment and human.

The link between politics, corruption and illegal mining.
1. Politics.
People in power are corrupt and they control majority of decision making.
2. Corruption.
People in power get mining licenses through corruption.
3. They do illegal mining which involves land grabbing from the innocent suffering.
