Count me in the trade Hamilton camp. He is not shooting like he did before torn pec last year. His PP1 role is going to Luke. His defense requires him be paired with someone to cover him. His skating is rough. Very good straight line, but too often looks like an air craft carrier on quick turns.

Idea has some merit though. States all independently choose their own state income tax rates. States with lower/no income tax then ask for Federal relief money while states with higher taxes take care of issues themselves. And low/no tax state recruit businesses out of higher tax states.
