Sleep And Circadian Health Disturbances In Psychosis And Depression: The Cascading Impacts Of Impairments In Cognitive Control

We're a team of researchers looking at how: light, seasonal changes, activity and mood states affect our circadian clock.
We know sleep is essential, yet many still struggle. We’re recruiting adults 18–55, who work full-time daytime hours (e.g. Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) and live in Canterbury or London.

➡️ Work a standard daytime schedule (9 AM – 5 PM)
➡️ No current sleep or mental health diagnosis
