I believe it should be a zip file with text files of your tweets, media, bookmarks, etc. I’d double check with r/Twitter! I know lots of users archived their Twitter accounts there

yeah I believe you can use the archive data as a “backup” of your account. If it’s the AI model thing freaking you out - any non deleted profile will get scrapped automatically (even deactivated)

You can archive your data and then delete the profile so it doesn’t get scrapped by the AI model
