OR try having a fresh mind. you have to have a fresh mind to learn a new thing. some have a fresh mind in the morning it's usually when things are quiet & calmer or at night if you have kids. once everyone is asleep and it's quiet.

i'm not a professional but try putting yourself in environments where you're excited to do this task or excited to learn that new thing because it'll give you that dopamine boost that will make you want to do it.

and you have anxiety because you feel like you should be doing it. your brain is trying to figure out how the tasks will go before you put the effort in. (2/2)

thought work is work. mental & emotional labor is labor.

your body feels tired because you're mentally working it, so it fatigues the body. you'll be haunted by the idea of doing something that's taking a lot of energy because you're not doing it. (1/2)
