There is no better way of building relationships with MLB owners than pandering for a salary cap so they catch less flack for not spending their billions.

Refusing to use federal funds twice in the last decade to use on a warning system. It's not the current administration's fault, but the cause is endemic of a much larger problem of overpoliticalization negatively impacting people's lives.
