Okay so hear me out; Baphomet's first depiction is one of the earliest examples of OC "Original Character" art. Their design, the animal mixtures, the writing tattooed on their forearms, their lore, the earnest and busy style of it, are all so hauntingly reminiscent of how artists make OCs now lol
